Our aftercare support service is here to support you from product delivery through to servicing and repairs. You can trust us to offer ongoing product support, warranty cover, repairs, service and maintenance, as required.

We will deliver your new mobility product, including powerchairs, scooters, beds and chairs free of charge and will make the process as seamless as possible. Here’s what you can expect from our service:

With a combination of our dedicated team and trusted 3rd party support infrastructure, we will ensure your mobility product reaches your doorstep safely and on time. We understand the importance of prompt delivery, and we’ll keep you informed about the expected arrival.

Set-Up

We don’t want you to worry about assembling your new product. Our experts will be there to set it up for you, run through the operating process and give you a demonstration to ensure you are comfortable using your new mobility product. They’ll make sure everything is in working order, and you’ll be ready to use it without any hassle.

Packaging Removal

We also believe in leaving your space clutter-free. Our team will take away all the packaging materials, so you don’t have to deal with the cardboard boxes, foam or other material.



Continuous Mobility Support

At Mobility Solutions, our customer support team is always on hand to help address any operating or technical queries you may have. What’s more, we even offer a courtesy replacement service on larger items, like scooters and powerchairs.

If you have an insurance policy for the mobility product in question, Mobility Solutions will offer, where possible, a courtesy product to ensure continuous mobility for you, even in the unlikely event that you experience an unexpected breakdown. Now that’s something you certainly don’t get everywhere!

Returns

Our returns’ policy will give you peace of mind, so if you find the product is not suitable then we can accept it back within 30 days if it is in new working order and undamaged.  We can then help you find an alternative product.

Please note that any item that is made to measure or customized in any way is not returnable as the product has been made to order for you and you alone.
